Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform upon launch. Waitlist position is determined by signup order and referral activity. We reserve the right to modify the referral program at any time.

Referral Program

• Each valid referral moves you up 10 positions on the waitlist
• Self-referrals and fraudulent signups will result in removal from the waitlist
• Lifetime tier rewards (Pro/Premium) are subject to fair use and may be revoked for abuse
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program

Platform Fees (Upon Launch)

• Free tier: 8% transaction fee
• Pro tier ($29/mo): 5% transaction fee
• Premium tier ($99/mo): 3% transaction fee
• Payment processing: 2.9% (Stripe, passed through at cost)

Prohibited Activities

• Selling counterfeit or stolen cards
• Manipulating referral systems
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

Sell Party is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of our platform, including but not limited to transaction disputes, card authenticity issues, or service interruptions.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Sell Party constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Affiliate Disclosure

Sell Party participates in affiliate programs. When you click certain links on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
